At MDR Sound & Lighting, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same business day.

• Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship nationwide across New Zealand. Typical delivery times are:

• North Island: 1–2 working days after dispatch

• South Island: 3–4 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, rural delivery addresses, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

Additional Information

• We currently ship only within New Zealand.

• Rural deliveries may take an extra 1–2 working days.
